• Abstract: 人民健康是民族昌盛和国家富强的重要标志，是广大人民群众的共同 追求。但随着经济的飞速发展和生活节奏的快速化，人们因各种压力引发的心 理失衡、心理疾病等接踵而来。以往传统的心理咨询技术和方法已难以高效的 解决这些问题，而在网络与信息技术飞速发展的今天，对各种心理问题的快速 解决离不开新一代信息技术的创新应用。本文也是基于这一视角，旨在探讨大 数据背景下智能咨询模式的定义与特点，以便使咨询行业规范化；来访者信息 精准化；咨询服务个性化；咨询匹配高度化以及预防及早化；从而最大化发挥 心理咨询服务效益。
• People’s health is an important symbol of prosperity of the nation and prosperity of the country, and the common pursuit of the broad masses of the people. However, with the rapid economic development and the rapid pace of life, people’s psychological imbalances and psychological diseases caused by various pressures are coming one after another. In the past, traditional psychological counseling techniques and methods have been difficult to efficiently solve these problems. Today, with the rapid development of network and information technology, the rapid resolution of various psychological problems is inseparable from the innovative application of new generation information technology. This article is also based on this perspective, aiming to explore the definition and characteristics of the intelligent consulting model in the context of big data, in order to standardize the consulting industry; precise visitor information; personalized consulting services; advanced consultation matching and prevention; Make full use of the benefits of psychological counseling services.
