高校朋辈心理互助体系的理论与实践探索 ——以长江大学为例

  • 摘要: 朋辈心理互助体系与朋辈心理辅导有着一定的相似和关联,但二者在工作主体、工作对象、工作内容、工作目标上存在着很大的差异。朋辈心理互助体系以人本主义心理学和社会学习理论为基础,在高校中可以广泛开展朋辈个体辅导、朋辈团体辅导、心理危机干预、宣传教育活动等工作。该体系在发展和完善的过程中,需重视遵守伦理,加强相关实证研究,明确工作标准和规范。
  • There are certain similarities and correlations between peer psychological mutual aid system and peer psychological counseling, but there are great differences between the two terms in subject, object, content and goal of work. The peer psychological mutual aid system is based on humanistic psychology and social learning theory, and can be widely carried out in high school through the form of peer individual counseling, peer group counseling, psychological crisis intervention and so on. In the process of development and improvement, the system needs to pay more attention to ethics, strengthen relevant empirical research, and clarify work standards and norms.
