• Abstract: 来访者早年缺乏恰当镜映，导致产生自恋性障碍，表现出焦虑、失眠、狂躁，无法进行正常的学习生活，有自杀倾向。咨询师基于动力学取向，对来访者支持性地共情与陪伴，分析移情，帮助其整合客体，重建自体。通过50多次咨询，来访者现实功能有很大改善，形成健康的自恋。
• The lack of proper mirroring in the early years of the visitor leads to narcissistic disorders. The visitor shows anxiety, insomnia, mania, inability to study and live normally, and suicidal tendency. Based on the dynamics orientation, the consultant supports empathy and companionship for visitors, analyzing empathy, helping him integrate objects and reconstruct self. After more than 50 consultations, the visitor’s reality function has greatly improved, and the healthy narcissism has gradually increased.
