• Abstract: 本文简要介绍了整合心理学的基本理论框架和相关的咨询和生活实践 脉络。整合心理学本质上是一个看待个人身心健康和整个世界的结构性框架， 用身心一体的眼光看待人的本质，从身体、情绪、认知，一直到灵性，因而也 与聚焦于灵性的超个人心理学实践密不可分。本文也讨论了在临床咨询和生活 实践中，利用整合心理学的视角，把一些原本聚焦各个不同面向的临床咨询实 践领域的方法进行一些有机综合的尝试，以及从中国传统文化视角对于整合心 理学实践的一些反思。
• This article briefly introduced the fundamental theoretical framework and the corresponding vein of clinical counseling and life practice. Essentially, integral psychology is a structural framework used to understand individual’s physical- mental health and the entire world in a more holistic approach, from body, emotion, cognition, all the way to spirituality, therefore it also has a tight relationship with transpersonal psychology practice. This article also discusses the effort of leveraging multiple therapeutic methodology using the framework of integral psychology framework. Furthermore, it offers reflect of such an effort from the perspective of Chinese traditional culture as well.
