have a compulsive personality. Besides, his physical condition was influenced by the
psychological problems to some extent, with bad sleep and physical symptoms. Based
on the person-centered therapy approach, the counselor enhances the perception of
the client’s perceptual experience by empathy. While in the counseling unconditional
positive regard can contribute to the client’s free expression, and the consistent
feedback can promote the client’s self-exploration. After 10 counseling sessions, the
client begins to trust his own perceptual experience, and accepts the emotionally
fragile self. In addition, he gradually believes in the wisdom of the organism.
