Taking the perspectives of Biological, Cognitive-behavioral, Psychoanalytical, and Client-Centered approaches, this case study examines the occurrence, development, and maintainance of a college student with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. The intervention incorporates both medication and 13 counseling sessions. The Client-Centered approach is utilized to build working alliance with the student. Mindfulness training and Rational Emotional Therapy are applied in dealing with student’s obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors. The Psychoanalytical approach is applied in assisting the student to understand the source of the stress. The result shows reductions in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder symptoms and level of emotional pain while increasing self satisfaction and social functioning. It suggests a potential effective approach when applying the Integrative Model for counseling students with Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder.
