• 摘要： 实施乡村振兴战略,构建现代农业体系,推进农业农村现代化顺应我国经济社会发展的客观趋势,符合当今世界农业发展的一般规律,是全面贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、决胜全面建成小康社会奋斗目标的必然要求,是加快社会主义现代化建设进程的重大任务。必须针对目前发展现代农业面临的问题,优化农业结构,健全现代农业的产业体系;强化科技支撑,完善现代农业生产体系;发展适度规模经营,构建现代农业经营体系;突出社会化,健全农业社会化服务体系;增加投入,完善农业支持保护制度,全面推进我国农业农村现代化建设。
• Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization, building a modern agricultural system, and promoting the modernization of agricultural and rural areas conform to the objective trend of China's economic and social development, in line with the general rule of the current world agricultural development, and are the inevitable requirements for comprehensively implementing Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and winning the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. It is a major task to speed up the process of socialist modernization. In view of the current problems in the development of modern agriculture, we must optimize the agricultural structure and improve the industrial system of modern agriculture; strengthen scientific and technological support and improve the modern agricultural production system; develop moderate scale operation and build a modern agricultural management system; highlight socialization and improve the agricultural socialized service system; increase investment and improve the agricultural support and protection system, Comprehensively promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China.
