• Abstract: 本文旨在探讨心理资本在民办高校大学生创业心理品质培养中的重要性及其实践策略。通过文献回顾与理论分析相结合的方法，首先，我们对心理资本理论进行了详细的分析，其次，探讨了心理资本在创业心理品质培育中的作用，最后，提出了心理资本在创业心理品质培育中的实践策略。本文提出了一系列针对性的实践策略，旨在有效提升学生的心理资本水平，以促进其创业心理品质的全面发展。
• This paper aims to explore the importance of psychological capital in cultivating theentrepreneurial psychological quality of college students in private universities and its practical strategies.By combining literature review with theoretical analysis, firstly, we conducted a detailed analysis of thetheory of psychological capital; secondly, we explored the role of psychological capital in the cultivationof entrepreneurial psychological quality; and lastly, we proposed practical strategies for the cultivationof entrepreneurial psychological quality through psychological capital. This paper puts forward a seriesof targeted practical strategies, aimed at effectively improving students’ levels of psychological capital topromote the comprehensive development of their entrepreneurial psychological quality.
