• 摘要： 高校“一站式”学生社区建设，是落实高校立德树人目标的重要一环。除了校内力量下沉，还需要综合利用丰富的社会育人资源。“五老”作为社会极其宝贵的财富，善用“五老”资源并将其引进学生社区，开展协同育人工作，能够有效补齐高校“一站式”学生社区育人短板、增强价值引领、形成育人合力、提升育人效能，强化立德树人效果，把青年一代培养造就成德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。
• The construction of “one-stop” student communities in universities is an important part of implementing the goal of moral education and talent cultivation in universities. In addition to the decline of campus strength, it is also necessary to comprehensively utilize rich social education resources. The “Five Elders” are extremely valuable assets in society. By making good use of the “Five Elders” resources and introducing them into student communities, carrying out collaborative education work, we can effectively fill the gaps in the “one-stop” student community education in universities, enhance value guidance, form a joint force in education, improve educational efficiency, strengthen the effect of moral education, and cultivate the younger generation into socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor.
