• Abstract: 中央人才工作会议指出，要造就规模宏大的青年科技人才队伍，把培育国家战略人才力量的政策重心放在青年科技人才上。这充分表明青年科技人才已经成为国家战略人才力量的源头活水，在科技事业中发挥着越来越重要的作用。企业青年人才是科技人才队伍的中坚力量，是推动科技事业和企业持续发展的重要保证。如何培养好企业青年人才已经成为各类企业，尤其是具有战略眼光的企业家日益关注的重大问题。
• The Central Conference on Talent Work has highlighted theimportance of fostering a large-scale team of young talents in science andtechnology, with a focus on cultivating national strategic talents. This indicatesthat young talents in science and technology have become a vital source ofnational strategic talents, playing an increasingly significant role in the fieldof technology. Young talents in enterprises constitute the backbone of thescience and technology workforce and serve as a crucial guarantee for drivingtechnological advancement and sustainable development in businesses.The effective cultivation of young talents in enterprises has become a majorconcern for various types of companies, especially visionary entrepreneurs whorecognize its strategic importance.
