• Abstract: 本文在前人研究的基础上，以军校藏族学员为对象，通过调查研究，分析军校藏族学员国家认同的现状及相关影响因素，初步探索提高军校藏族学员国家认同的途径，完善和发展军校藏族学员国家认同建设，为培养出合格的少数民族高素质人才而努力。
• Based on previous research，this article uses Tibetan cadets in military academies as the study object. Through investigation and research，it analyzes the status quo of the national identity of the Tibetan cadets and relevant factors affecting it. And a preliminary exploration is conducted to enhance the national identity of the Tibetan cadets，perfecting the construction of Tibetan cadets’ national identity，which is to strive for the cultivation of qualified minority high-quality talents.
