Abstract: As an innovative educational approach, the application of positive psychology group counseling in the College Student Mental Health curriculum can effectively enhance course quality, improve educational outcomes, and strengthen students' positive psychological qualities. This study systematically analyzes the feasibility, advantages, and limitations of integrating positive group counseling in college mental health courses. Furthermore, it proposes practical strategies for preparation, design, implementation, and effect evaluation of positive group counseling sessions. Through curriculum reform and practice, this research aims to empower positive group counseling to play a more prominent role in advancing college students' mental health education.
