  • Abstract: 作为一种新型教育方法,将积极心理团体辅导应用于“大学生心理健康”课程能有效提升课程质量和育人效果,培育学生积极心理品质。本研究系统分析了积极心理团体辅导在大学生心理健康课程中的可行性、优势及局限性,并就积极心理团体辅导的准备、设计、实施、效果评估等方面提出解决策略,以期通过课程改革实践,让积极心理团体辅导在大学生心理健康教育工作中发挥更重要的作用。
  • Abstract: As an innovative educational approach, the application of positive psychology group counseling in the College Student Mental Health curriculum can effectively enhance course quality, improve educational outcomes, and strengthen students' positive psychological qualities. This study systematically analyzes the feasibility, advantages, and limitations of integrating positive group counseling in college mental health courses. Furthermore, it proposes practical strategies for preparation, design, implementation, and effect evaluation of positive group counseling sessions. Through curriculum reform and practice, this research aims to empower positive group counseling to play a more prominent role in advancing college students' mental health education.
