• Abstract: 社区感是基于某一特定社区而言的，表现为社区成员对该社区的满意感和归属感，其至少包含身份认同、需要满足 和情感体验三个组成部分。根据社区的性质，可将社区感划分为地域型社区感和关系型社区感；根据社区感的复杂程度，又 可将其划分为宏观社区感和微观社区感。社区感既有利于社区成员需要的满足，又能够促进社区的稳定与发展；影响社区感 的因素包含个体因素和社区因素两个维度，两者在社区感产生和发展过程中缺一不可。社区感是社区成员和社区的共同目标， 在其培养过程中，社区成员和社区管理者双管齐下才能够高效地提升社区感，实现社区成员和社区的双赢。
• The sense of community is based on a specific community, which shows up as the members’ satisfaction and sense of belonging. It includes at least three parts: community identity, needs satisfaction and emotional experience. According to the nature of communities, the sense of community can be divided into the sense of locality-based community and the sense of relational community. According to the complexity of the sense of community, it can be divided into macro-belonging and micro-belonging. The sense of community is not only conducive to meet the needs of the members, but also can promote the stability and development of the community. The factors affecting sense of community include two dimensions: individual factors and community factors, both of which are essential in the generation and development of the sense of community. The sense of community is the common goal of the community and the members of the community. In the process of training, the members and managers of the community should work together to improve the sense of community most efficiently and achieve a win-win situation for the community and members.
