近二十年音乐疗法研究热点和趋势——基于CiteSpace的计量分析

• Abstract: 以CNKI数据库中2004—2024年发表的552篇音乐疗法核心文献为原始数据，检索日期2025年3月20日，使用CiteSpace6.4.1进行计量分析，可视化呈现音乐疗法近20年以来的研究热点和趋势。结果发现发文量呈上升趋势，根据发文量的年度分布情况，将音乐疗法研究领域划分为探索期、发展期、稳定期；音乐疗法与中医五行理论相结合，以及如何通过不同类型的音乐提高个体心理健康水平是该领域的研究重点，基于中国哲学思想和传统医学的音乐疗法干预情志和情绪可能是未来研究的热点，研究热点具有本土化和防“未病”演变特征。基于以上研究结果，建议科研工作者不断加强音乐疗法本土化和民族化的探索，注重中国传统哲学思想与整体观在该领域的应用，拓宽音乐疗法研究领域的视角。
• In this study, the bibliometric analysis was used to examine the recent 20 years of research on music therapy based on the original data of articles that were retrieved fom “CNKI” database. 552 articles were included. CieSpace 6.4.1 was used as the tool for bibliometric analyses. The date of retrieval was June 20th, 2024. The preliminary results show that, publications of music therapy have increased. According to the annual distribution publications, music therapy is divided into exploration period, development period and stable period. Music therapy combined with the theory of five elements in Chinese traditional medicine, improve individual mental health through different music is the focus of research in this field. Chinese philosophy and traditional medicine to intervene in emotions and emotions will be a hot topic in future research. Localization and disease prevention evolution are hotspots. Based on the above research results, the exploration of localization and nationalization of music therapy, the application of Chinese traditional philosophy and holistic view and broaden the perspective of music therapy research can be considered in future.
