• Abstract: 本文基于积极心理学理论，以抖音短视频为例，通过问卷调查，探讨了南昌方言的传承方法。研究发现，激发积极情绪的内容创作、促进用户参与和传播、强化传播效果评估等策略能有效提升南昌方言的传承效果。在积极心理学视域下，本文构建了弘扬和保护地方传统文化的思路，为方言传承提供了路径。
• Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper takes Douyin short videos as an example and explores the inheritance methods of Nanchang dialect through a questionnaire survey. The study finds that strategies such as creating content that stimulates positive emotions, promoting user participation and dissemination, and strengthening the evaluation of communication effects can effectively enhance the inheritance effect of Nanchang dialect. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper constructs ideas for promoting and protecting local traditional culture, providing a path for the inheritance of dialects.
