This paper takes the phenomenon of “social terrorism” in college students as the object of study. Through the combination of individual and group, metacognitive psychological intervention technology is added in the process of box-court therapy to intervene the students with the phenomenon of “social terrorism”. Before intervention, the scores of “interpersonal sensitivity” factor ≥3 points and social stress self-rating ≥7 points in the 90-item symptom list scale were obtained. After 6 weeks of intervention, the number of students with “interpersonal sensitivity” factor score above 3 points was reduced to 3, which was reduced by 70%. The self-rating of social stress ≥7 points was reduced to 2 people, a decrease of 80%, and the students in the experimental group showed a decrease in other positive items in the 90-item symptom list scale, which proved that the intervention was effective and provided a personalized intervention method for interpersonal communication in colleges and universities.
