融合教育中家校沟通的理论模型与实践路径

• Abstract: 基于当下融合教育的普遍性、复杂性和挑战性，融合教育环境下的家校沟通是由学校或校外专业人员组织或主导的系统性教育与心理咨询。以家庭系统为主、学校系统为辅，其目的是帮助家校双方提升养育和教育能力，形成教育合力，缓解教育压力，促进在学习、人际交往、情绪和行为等方面有困难的学生更好地适应学校生活，在学校中获得切实的成长和进步，提升他们的归属感、成就感和幸福感。本文基于家庭系统理论、家庭功能理论，整合系统式家庭治疗、接纳承诺疗法等心理咨询实践技术，结合现实实践经验，建构了融合教育下家校沟通中的家庭系统“行为—价值—范围”理论模型和“启—承—转—合”实践路径，供教育实践者参考。
• Given the universality, complexity and difficulties of inclusive education, the home-school communication in the inclusive education environment is a systematic educational/psychological counseling organized or led by schools or professionals outside the school. It focuses on the family system as the main part and the school system as the auxiliary part. The purpose is to help both home and school sides enhance their parenting and educational abilities, form the educational synergy, alleviate educational pressure, and promote students with difficulties in learning, interpersonal communication, emotions and behaviors to better adapt to school life and achieve practical growth and progress in school, and enhance their sense of belonging, achievement and happiness. Based on the family system theory and family function theory, this paper integrates practical counseling techniques such as systematic family therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, combines real-life practical experience, and constructs a “behavior-value-range” theoretical model and “initiate-accept-transfer-cooperate” practical path for home-school communication in inclusive education, providing reference for educational practitioners.
