Given the universality, complexity and difficulties of inclusive education, the home-school communication in the inclusive education environment is a systematic educational/psychological counseling organized or led by schools or professionals outside the school. It focuses on the family system as the main part and the school system as the auxiliary part. The purpose is to help both home and school sides enhance their parenting and educational abilities, form the educational synergy, alleviate educational pressure, and promote students with difficulties in learning, interpersonal communication, emotions and behaviors to better adapt to school life and achieve practical growth and progress in school, and enhance their sense of belonging, achievement and happiness. Based on the family system theory and family function theory, this paper integrates practical counseling techniques such as systematic family therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, combines real-life practical experience, and constructs a “behavior-value-range” theoretical model and “initiate-accept-transfer-cooperate” practical path for home-school communication in inclusive education, providing reference for educational practitioners.
