  • Abstract: 学习倦怠是公安院校大学生在校表现的重要指标。本研究以公安院校大学生学习倦怠的现状为依据,根据学习倦怠的具体表现分析学习倦怠产生的心理机制,并以正念理念为途径,提出以正念意识强化学习认知过程、正念团体减少情绪的反应和控制、正念任务激发学习动机的具体策略。通过将正念理念融入公安院校的日常学习活动,旨在减少大学生的学习倦怠现象。
  • Learning fatigue is an important indicator of the performance of college students in public security colleges and universities. Based on the current situation of learning fatigue among college students in public security colleges and universities, this article analyzes the psychological mechanism of learning fatigue according to the specific manifestations of learning fatigue. Using the concept of mindfulness as a means, specific strategies are proposed to strengthen the learning cognitive process with mindfulness consciousness, reduce emotional reactions and control in mindfulness groups, and stimulate learning motivation through mindfulness tasks. The concept of mindfulness is integrated into daily learning activities in public security colleges and universities to reduce learning fatigue among college students.
