Learning fatigue is an important indicator of the performance of college students in public security colleges and universities. Based on the current situation of learning fatigue among college students in public security colleges and universities, this article analyzes the psychological mechanism of learning fatigue according to the specific manifestations of learning fatigue. Using the concept of mindfulness as a means, specific strategies are proposed to strengthen the learning cognitive process with mindfulness consciousness, reduce emotional reactions and control in mindfulness groups, and stimulate learning motivation through mindfulness tasks. The concept of mindfulness is integrated into daily learning activities in public security colleges and universities to reduce learning fatigue among college students.
