青少年期个体身心发展规律、教养方式选择的策略研究

• Abstract: 本文探讨青少年期的身心发展规律及教养方式选择策略。青少年期是生理、认知和社会性发展的关键阶段，表现为生理发育加速、认知进入形式运算阶段、社会性发展高峰期到来。家庭教养方式对青少年的自尊、人格、学业成就和亲子沟通等有显著影响。研究表明，权威型教养方式最有利于青少年发展，而专制型、放任型和忽视型教养方式则存在诸多弊端。文章建议父母选择权威型教养方式，优化亲子沟通，关注青少年心理健康和性别差异，为其提供支持性成长环境，促进其全面发展。
• This paper discusses the law of physical and mental development of adolescents and the selection strategy of parenting style. Adolescence is a key stage of physiological, cognitive and social development, which is characterized by accelerated physiological development, formal operation of cognition and the peak of social development. Family rearing style has significant influence on adolescents’ self-esteem, personality, academic achievement and parentchild communication. Research shows that authoritative parenting is the most beneficial to youth development, while authoritarian, dismissive and neglectful parenting has many drawbacks. The article suggests that parents choose authoritative parenting style, optimize parent-child communication, pay attention to adolescent mental health and gender differences, and provide a supportive growth environment to promote their all-round development.
