In recent years, the detection rate of mental health problems in middle school students has continued to rise, and positive mental quality, as a positive personality trait, plays a role in promoting the physical and mental health development of middle school students. To solve the mental health problems of middle school students, the research attempts to start from the dilemma of cultivating the positive psychological quality of middle school students, based on the perspective of ecosystem theory, by constructing a micro, middle, outer, and macroecological nesting environment, integrating various educational resources, exploring the cultivation strategy of positive psychological quality of middle school students, and providing comprehensive psychological support for middle school students.
