  • Abstract: 积极心理品质作为一种积极的人格特质,对中学生身心健康发展具有促进作用。近年来,中学生心理健康问题检出率持续上升。为解决中学生心理健康问题,研究试图从中学生积极心理品质培育困境出发,基于生态系统理论视角,通过构建微观、中间、外层、宏观生态嵌套的教育环境,整合各类教育资源,探讨中学生积极心理品质的培育策略,为中学生提供全方位的心理支持。
  • In recent years, the detection rate of mental health problems in middle school students has continued to rise, and positive mental quality, as a positive personality trait, plays a role in promoting the physical and mental health development of middle school students. To solve the mental health problems of middle school students, the research attempts to start from the dilemma of cultivating the positive psychological quality of middle school students, based on the perspective of ecosystem theory, by constructing a micro, middle, outer, and macroecological nesting environment, integrating various educational resources, exploring the cultivation strategy of positive psychological quality of middle school students, and providing comprehensive psychological support for middle school students.
