  • Abstract: 足球运动作为一种高效的身心锻炼方式,对大学生的全面发展具有显著积极影响。大学生参与足球运动,不仅能够提升身体素质,还能在团队合作中培养良好的社交技巧,在比赛中增强心理韧性、提升自信心。此外,足球运动营造的积极社交环境与提供的心理调适契机,有助于缓解焦虑情绪,增强抗压能力。同时,足球运动要求参与者持续调整策略、应对突发状况,有助于提高学生的执行功能。综上所述,足球运动在提升大学生自信心、社交能力、缓解焦虑,以及增强执行能力等方面发挥着重要作用。
  • As an efficient way of physical and mental exercise, football has a significant positive impact on the overall development of college students. By participating in football, college students can not only improve their physical fitness, but also develop good social skills in teamwork, enhance their mental toughness and improve their self-confidence during the game. In addition, the positive social environment and psychological adjustment opportunities provided by football can help to alleviate anxiety and enhance stress resistance. At the same time, football requires participants to constantly adjust their strategies and cope with unexpected situations, which helps to improve students' executive function. In summary, football plays an important role in enhancing college students' self-confidence, social skills, relieving anxiety, and improving executive function.
