  • 摘要: 鉴于目前国内低龄老年人群再就业的兴起和就业市场普遍限制年龄的矛盾,本研究从内隐层面探讨了年轻人针对女性职业的年龄刻板印象及其对简历选择倾向的影响。结果发现,年轻人普遍存在针对女性职业的内隐年龄刻板印象,即在一些职业上他们更偏好年轻女性,在另一些职业上则更偏好老年女性,但该刻板印象并不会直接影响与预测招聘场景中的简历选择倾向。
  • Given the current rise of reemployment among young and elderly people in China and the contradiction between age restrictions in the job market, this study explores the implicit occupational age stereotypes of young people towards women and their impact on resume selection tendencies. The results showed that young people generally have implicit age stereotypes about female occupations, that is, they prefer younger women in some occupations and older women in others. However, this stereotype does not direct affect the resume selection tendency in predicted recruitment scenarios.
