The existence of life should have value and meaning, and students’ perception of the meaning of life directly affects their mental health level. At present, many technical school students ignore life and lack enthusiasm for life. It is particularly important to improve the effectiveness of psychological health education for technical school students. Based on the perspective of student life education, this article redefines the psychological health education for technical school students. Through experiencing positive emotions, exploring life potential, and creating a harmonious environment, it explores ways to stimulate students’ enthusiasm for life, improve their psychological quality and quality of life, and effectively prevent the occurrence of injury incidents among technical school students.
