In recent years, the number of graduate students has increased, but there are many deficiencies in the training of graduate students. Among them, mentors play important guiding role in the process of graduate training, and the current research on the influence of mentor’s leadership on the quality of graduate training in China mainly focuses on the influence of mentor’s leadership on graduate students’ creativity and innovation ability. Many studies have proved that supporting leadership who respect and support students is conducive to improving the quality of graduate training. Based on these studies, this paper makes some recommendations.
