导师指导风格的研究对提高研究生质量的启示

  • 摘要: 随着研究生招生规模扩大,研究生数量显著增加,而研究生的培养过程中仍存在诸多不足。其中,导师在研究生培养过程中起到重要的指导作用,而我国当前关于导师指导风格影响研究生培养质量的研究,主要集中在导师风格对研究生创造力和研究生创新能力影响上。许多研究证明了导师尊重与支持学生的指导风格有利于提升研究生培养质量。基于这些研究结果,本文提出以下建议。
  • In recent years, the number of graduate students has increased, but there are many deficiencies in the training of graduate students. Among them, mentors play important guiding role in the process of graduate training, and the current research on the influence of mentor’s leadership on the quality of graduate training in China mainly focuses on the influence of mentor’s leadership on graduate students’ creativity and innovation ability. Many studies have proved that supporting leadership who respect and support students is conducive to improving the quality of graduate training. Based on these studies, this paper makes some recommendations.
