The advantage perspective focuses on the potential advantages of the individual and the environment, views the client’s life world from a comprehensive and multi-dimensional perspective, and exerts the client’s advantages to improve the current situation. This paper focuses on the employment psychological pressure of college graduates, analyzes the causes of the employment psychological pressure, and puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the employment psychological pressure. The employment of college graduates is a major event related to people’s livelihood and social stability, which has positive significance for promoting the employment of college students and alleviating various psychological problems caused by employment.
