• Abstract: 优势视角关注个人与环境中的潜在优势，以全面多方位的视角看待案主的生活世界，发挥案主的优势改善目前所处的状况。本文聚焦当前高校专业生毕业生的就业心理压力问题，分析了目前造成就业心理压力的原因，并提出缓解就业心理压力的对策。高校毕业生的就业工作是关乎民生和社会稳定的大事，对于促进大学生就业，缓解当下由于就业引发的各类心理问题具有积极意义。
• The advantage perspective focuses on the potential advantages of the individual and the environment, views the client’s life world from a comprehensive and multi-dimensional perspective, and exerts the client’s advantages to improve the current situation. This paper focuses on the employment psychological pressure of college graduates, analyzes the causes of the employment psychological pressure, and puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate the employment psychological pressure. The employment of college graduates is a major event related to people’s livelihood and social stability, which has positive significance for promoting the employment of college students and alleviating various psychological problems caused by employment.
