  • 摘要: 心理健康教育课程的核心目标旨在塑造优秀的心理品质。当前,在心理健康课程的教学过程中,存在一些亟待解决的问题,如课程的定位模糊,教学目标不够具体;所授内容过于理论化、抽象化,授课方式过于单一,导致教学成效未能达到预期。为了建立一个全新的大学生心理健康课程教学体系,必须首先对课程进行明确的定位,确保教学目标的具体性,并丰富教学内容。此外,对教学方法进行创新也是关键,这些综合措施将有助于维护和促进大学校园的稳定及和谐氛围。
  • The core goal of the mental health education curriculum is to build excellent mental quality. Presently, in the teaching of mental health course, there are some problems to be solved, such as the orientation of the course is fuzzy, the teaching goal is not specific enough; The content taught is too theoretical and abstract, and the teaching method is unitary, which leads to the teaching effect can not reach the expectation. In order to establish a new teaching system of college students’ mental health course, it must first make clear orientation of the course, ensure the concretion of the teaching objective, and enrich the teaching content. In addition, innovation in teaching methods is also key, and these comprehensive measures will help maintain and promote a stable and harmonious atmosphere on university campuses.
