• Abstract: 在重大火灾事故责任认定的调查中，引发火灾事故的当事人为了达到逃避事故责任而隐瞒起火发生的真相，拒绝消防部门的结论认定。因此，通过心理测试技术的方法，特别是运用认知综合测试法对当事人的责任认定起到了关键作用，通过该测试方法可以查清发生重大火灾事故的真正原因和责任者。
• In the investigation of the determination of responsibility for a major fire accident,the parties who caused the fire accident conceals the truth of the fire by refusing the conclusions of the fire department in order to avoid responsibility for the accident. Therefore, the use of psychological testing techniques, especially the Cognitive Comprehensive Test (CCT), plays a key role in determining the responsibility of the parties involved. This test makes it possible to identify the real causes of major fire accidents and those responsible for them.
