认知综合测试法在命案积案侦破中的应用及其思考

• 摘要： 心理测试技术的科学应用对疑难案件的调查审理具有不可替代的作用。要保证这一技术在疑难案件的调查审理中发挥作用，就必须坚持科学态度，以心理科学理论为指导，遵循心理活动的规律，并充分认识影响测试因素的复杂性和多样性，对心理测试技术予以正确地使用。认知综合测试法通过检测有无相应认知来验证、甄别嫌疑人与案件的关系和认知案件有关情况，因而，是目前国内外更具科学性、客观性和可靠性的测试方法，也是其在各类疑难案件及其命案积案的侦破中发挥显著作用的原因所在。本文通过认知综合测试法在命案积案侦破中的应用，就心理测试技术的科学应用问题谈一些看法。
• The scientific application of psychological testing technology has an irreplaceable role to play in the investigation and adjudication of difficult cases. In order to ensure that this technique plays a role in the investigation and trial of difficult cases, it is necessary to adhere to a scientific attitude, to be guided by the theory of psychological science, to follow the laws of psychological activity, and to fully recognize the complexity and diversity of the factors affecting the test, so that the technique of psychological testing can be correctly used. The cognitive comprehensive test verifies and screens the relationship between the suspect and the case and the cognitive case by detecting the presence or absence of the corresponding cognition, and is therefore a more scientific, objective and reliable test method at home and abroad, which is also the reason why it has played a significant role in the detection of all kinds of difficult cases and backlog homicide cases. In this paper, through the cognitive comprehensive test in the backlog homicide cases investigation, the scientific application of psychological testing technology to talk about some views.
