• Abstract: 本研究基于学校心理危机干预工作的现实状况，探索将网格化管理应用到心理危机干预的工作中去，提出了构建“4+X”网格化心理危机干预对策，该对策整合了各方的资源和力量，落实了全员育人心，推进了学校心理危机干预管理的全面化、多元化、精细化，为学校心理危机突发事件的预警、发现及干预工作提供了有效帮助。
• This study is based on the current situation of school psychological crisis intervention work, exploring the application of grid management to psychological crisis intervention work, and proposing the construction of a “4+X” grid psychological crisis intervention strategy. This strategy integrates resources and forces from all parties, implements the education of all staff, promotes the comprehensive, diversified, and refined management of school psychological crisis intervention, and provides effective assistance for the early warning, detection, and intervention of school psychological crisis emergencies.
