This study is based on the current situation of school psychological crisis intervention work, exploring the application of grid management to psychological crisis intervention work, and proposing the construction of a “4+X” grid psychological crisis intervention strategy. This strategy integrates resources and forces from all parties, implements the education of all staff, promotes the comprehensive, diversified, and refined management of school psychological crisis intervention, and provides effective assistance for the early warning, detection, and intervention of school psychological crisis emergencies.
