Psychological resilience refers to an individual’s ability to adapt and recover well, even surpass their original state, in the face of pressure, setbacks, adversity, and other challenges. For college students, psychological resilience is particularly important during this period, as it not only affects academic achievement but also profoundly influences interpersonal relationships, emotional health, and future career development. This study elucidates the significant impact of psychological resilience on college students, analyzes the influencing factors of psychological resilience in college students, and puts forward strategies for cultivating psychological resilience in college students, which require personal, family, and social efforts.
