  • 摘要: 心理韧性是指个体在面对压力、挫折、逆境等挑战时,能够良好适应并恢复甚至超越原有状态的能力。对于大学生而言,这一时期的心理韧性尤为重要,它不仅关系到学业成就,还深刻影响着人际关系、情感健康及未来职业发展。该研究阐述了心理韧性对大学生的重大影响,分析了大学生心理韧性的影响因素,提出了大学生心理韧性需个人、家庭、社会等多方面的培养策略。
  • Psychological resilience refers to an individual’s ability to adapt and recover well, even surpass their original state, in the face of pressure, setbacks, adversity, and other challenges. For college students, psychological resilience is particularly important during this period, as it not only affects academic achievement but also profoundly influences interpersonal relationships, emotional health, and future career development. This study elucidates the significant impact of psychological resilience on college students, analyzes the influencing factors of psychological resilience in college students, and puts forward strategies for cultivating psychological resilience in college students, which require personal, family, and social efforts.
