• Abstract: 青少年时期是个体道德发展的关键时期，此时他们具有各方面学习能力较快、思维敏捷活跃但伴随生理、心理不成熟，易被不良现象影响的现实特点。青少年与网络的联系日渐密切，网络对青少年道德发展的负面影响也逐渐暴露，青少年网络不道德行为屡见不鲜。网络利他行为作为网络中最高层次的道德行为，对行为主体的道德认知、道德情感和道德意志都做出较高要求，也是青少年塑造完整道德系统的行动指南。家庭、学校与社会各界都会从不同方面对青少年的网络利他行为产生影响，因此要充分发挥各方力量，帮助青少年树立道德认知、提升道德情感、坚定道德责任感，自觉做出网络利他行为，为营造风清气正的网络环境不断注入新鲜血液。
• Adolescence is a critical period for the moral development of individuals, which has the practical characteristics of rapid learning ability in all aspects, quick and active thinking, but accompanied by physical and psychological immaturity, and easy to be affected by undesirable phenomena. Teenagers are becoming more and more closely connected with the Internet, and the negative impact of the Internet on the moral development of adolescents is gradually exposed. As the highest level of moral behavior in the network, altruistic behavior on the Internet has high requirements for the moral cognition, moral emotion and moral will of the actors, and it is also the action guide for teenagers to shape a complete moral system. Therefore, it is necessary to give full play to the strength of all parties to help young people establish moral cognition, enhance moral feelings, strengthen their sense of moral responsibility, consciously make online altruistic behaviors, and continuously inject fresh blood into creating a clean and upright online environment.
