  • 摘要: 大学生心理健康教育课程对大学生心理健康素养的培养有重要指导作用。该研究以某高校191名学生为研究对象,采用心理健康素养量表考查其心理健康素养在干预前后是否存在显著差异。结果显示:以提升心理健康素养为目的的心理健康教育课程可以有效提升民办高校学生的心理健康素养水平、处理心理问题的自我效能感以及心理求助态度,进而提高学生的心理素质,达到心理育人效果。
  • The mental health education courses for college students play an important guiding role in the cultivation of mental health literacy of college students. This study took 191 students in a certain university as the research object and used the mental health literacy scale to examine whether there were significant differences in their mental health literacy before and after the intervention. The results show that the mental health education course aimed at improving mental health literacy can effectively improve the level of mental health literacy of students in private colleges, self-efficacy in dealing with psychological problems, and attitudes towards psychological help, thereby improving students’ psychological quality and achieving the effect of psychological education.
