基于运动疗法的心理护理模式在妇科恶性肿瘤患者中的应用研究

• Abstract: 目的：探讨基于运动疗法的心理护理模式对妇科恶性肿瘤的应用价值。方法：选取2023年5月—2023年11月收治的妇科恶性肿瘤患者158例，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组患者79例。对照组给予常规心理护理模式进行护理，观察者给予基于运动疗法的心理护理模式进行护理。护理后，对两种心理模式的效果用护理满意度、患者心理焦虑评分进行对比分析。结果：观察组的患者心理焦虑评分低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，p<0.05。结论：基于运动疗法的心理护理模式能够缓解妇科恶性肿瘤患者的焦虑情绪，提高护理满意度，具有较好的临床应用价值。
• Objective: Exploring the Application Value of Psychological Nursing Model Based on Exercise Therapy for Gynecological Malignant Tumors．Method: 158 gynecological malignant tumor patients admitted from May 2023 to November 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 79 patients in each group. The control group received routine psychological care, while the observer received psychological care based on exercise therapy. After nursing, compare and analyze the effects of two psychological modes using nursing satisfaction and patient psychological anxiety scores．Result: The psychological anxiety score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and their nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences, p<0.05．Conclusion: The psychological nursing model based on exercise therapy can relieves the anxiety of gynecological malignant tumor patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and has good clinical application value.
