  • 摘要: 《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要(2012年修订)》提出学会正确认识自己和悦纳自己是小学高年级学生重要的成长任务。心理课堂是培养和发展小学生健康心理的主要途径,通过教师引导和同伴启发的互动模式帮助学生了解和掌握心理健康的知识和技能。将焦点解决短期治疗技术中正向思考、以未来为导向的理念和方法运用在心理课堂教学中,对课堂效果及课堂目标的达成产生事半功倍的效果。其中正常化、评量问句、赞美和鼓励、奇迹问句、例外问句等积极赋能技术也便于心理教师在课堂上灵活运用。
  • The guiding outline of mental health education in primary and secondary schools (revised in 2012) puts forward that it is an important growing task for senior primary school students to learn to understand and accept themselves correctly. Psychological classroom is the main way to cultivate and develop the healthy psychology of primary school students. It helps the students to understand and master the knowledge and skills of psychological health through the interactive mode of teacher guidance and peer inspiration. Applying the concept and method of positive thinking and future-oriented in solution-focused technology to psychological classroom teaching can produce twice the result with half the effort. The positive empowerment techniques such as normalization, appraisal questions, praise and encouragement, miracle questions and exceptional questions are also convenient for teachers to use flexibly in class.
