The guiding outline of mental health education in primary and secondary schools (revised in 2012) puts forward that it is an important growing task for senior primary school students to learn to understand and accept themselves correctly. Psychological classroom is the main way to cultivate and develop the healthy psychology of primary school students. It helps the students to understand and master the knowledge and skills of psychological health through the interactive mode of teacher guidance and peer inspiration. Applying the concept and method of positive thinking and future-oriented in solution-focused technology to psychological classroom teaching can produce twice the result with half the effort. The positive empowerment techniques such as normalization, appraisal questions, praise and encouragement, miracle questions and exceptional questions are also convenient for teachers to use flexibly in class.
