• Abstract: 在高校心理健康教育工作中，建设朋辈心理辅导队伍，提高朋辈心理辅导队伍的助人自助能力，可以有效地缓解高校心理健康教育工作的压力。焦点解决短期咨询的积极赋能、短程高效、聚焦于建构解决之道的理念和方法为朋辈心理辅导提供了新的思路，也为全面提高大学生心理健康素养提供了新的可能。
• In the work of mental health education in colleges and universities, the construction of peer psychological counseling team and the improvement of the self-help ability of peer psychological counseling team can effectively relieve the pressure of mental health education in colleges and universities. The ideas and methods of positive empowerment, short-range efficiency and focusing on the construction of solutions for short-term counseling provide a new way of thinking for peer counseling, and also provide a new possibility for comprehensively improving the mental health literacy of college students.
