User experience refers to the feelings and perceptions of users when they use products or services. Excellent user experience can improve user satisfaction and product success, while poor user experience can lead to user loss and product failure. To achieve excellent user experience, product designers need to focus on many aspects, including users’ needs, behaviors, cognition, emotions, and other aspects. These constituent elements work together to maximize user satisfaction and loyalty. At the same time, research and measurement, and evaluation of user experience are also crucial. Experimental research, interview surveys, and questionnaire tests can help designers identify and solve potential problems and further improve the quality and value of products. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of the components of user experience as well as research and measurement and evaluation methods is an important direction for future research.
