Purpose: Psychological crises pose serious harm to individuals’ mental health and psychologicalbalance, not only affecting individuals’ psychological well-being but also potentially leading to theformation of negative social trends, thereby posing a threat to talent cultivation and the safety and stabilityof universities. In order to overcome the limitations of traditional psychological crisis interventionmodels and achieve effective intervention in psychological crises, this study proposes the “Four-Three-Two”psychological crisis intervention model. Conclusion: The “Four-Three-Two” psychological crisisintervention model can effectively address psychological crisis issues in practice, guide students toestablish positive psychological qualities, uphold humanistic care culture, cultivate well-rounded talentsfor society, and effectively fulfill the fundamental task of moral education. The implementation of thismodel will help build a mental health promotion system, improve educational quality, promote students’comprehensive development, and make positive contributions to the development of society and thecountry.
