  • 摘要: 千秋基业,人才为先。纵览百年奋斗史,中国共产党始终重视培养人才、团结人才、引领人才、成就人才,团结和支持各方面人才为党和人民事业建功立业。提高国有企业核心竞争力,必须牢固树立“人才是第一资源”意识,高度重视选人用人工作,不断强化选贤任能。本文系统梳理古代“察人”典型观点,从个体因素、关系因素、业绩能力三个视角总结干部人才识别理论,将古代理论与现实实践结合,助力高素质干部人才队伍建设。
  • Eternal great cause, talent first. Throughout the century long history of struggle, the CommunistParty of China has always attached importance to training, uniting, leading, achieving talents, and unitingand supporting talents in all aspects to make contributions to the cause of the Party and the people. Toenhance the core competitiveness of morden enterprises, it is necessary to firmly establish the awarenessthat “talent is the first resource”, attach importance to the selection and employment work, and we mustconstantly strengthen and optimize the selection and ability work. This paper systematically reviewsthe ancient typical theoretical viewpoint of “observing people”, summarizes the theoretical viewpoint ofcadre and talent identification from the three perspectives: individual factors, relationship factors andperformance ability, fully combines the ancient theories with practical practice, and helps build a team ofhigh-quality cadres and talents.
