• Abstract: 本文旨在全面综述研究生心理健康的现状、问题及对策。通过文献搜集与整理，分析了研究生心理健康的重要性，探讨了当前研究生心理健康方面的问题，并提出了相应的对策与建议。研究结果显示，研究生心理健康问题不容忽视，需要高校、导师、家庭及研究生自身等多方面共同努力，形成合力，促进研究生心理健康的全面发展。
• This paper aims to comprehensively review the status quo, problems and countermeasuresof graduate students’ mental health. Through literature collection and collation, this paper analyzes theimportance of graduate students’ mental health, probes into the current problems of graduate students’mental health, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The researchresults show that the mental health of graduate students can not be ignored, and it needs the joint effortsof universities, tutors, families and graduate students themselves to form a joint force to promote thecomprehensive development of mental health of graduate students.
