  • 摘要: 随着社会发展与进步,初中生学习倦怠和抑郁等现象层出不穷,而国家卫生计生委、中宣部等22个部门联合印发的《关于加强心理健康服务的指导意见》,强调了加强心理健康服务的重要性和总体要求,所以预防和缓解初中生学习倦怠和抑郁的问题亟不可待。本文旨在研究心理韧性对初中生学习倦怠和抑郁的影响,以及通过团体辅导提高初中生心理韧性,对促进初中生身心全面健康发展和社会长远发展都具有重要意义。
  • With the development and progress of society, junior high school students’ learning burnout anddepression emerge one after another, while the guidance on strengthening Mental Health Services jointlyissued by 22 departments, including the National Health and Family Planning Commission and thepropaganda Department of Communist Party of China Central Committee, emphasizes the importanceand overall requirements of strengthening mental health services, so it is urgent to prevent and alleviatejunior high school students’ learning burnout and depression. The purpose of this paper is to study theinfluence of psychological resilience on junior high school students’ learning burnout and depression,and to improve junior high school students’ psychological resilience through group assistance, which is ofgreat significance to promote the overall physical and mental development of junior high school studentsand the long-term social development.
