With the development and progress of society, junior high school students’ learning burnout anddepression emerge one after another, while the guidance on strengthening Mental Health Services jointlyissued by 22 departments, including the National Health and Family Planning Commission and thepropaganda Department of Communist Party of China Central Committee, emphasizes the importanceand overall requirements of strengthening mental health services, so it is urgent to prevent and alleviatejunior high school students’ learning burnout and depression. The purpose of this paper is to study theinfluence of psychological resilience on junior high school students’ learning burnout and depression,and to improve junior high school students’ psychological resilience through group assistance, which is ofgreat significance to promote the overall physical and mental development of junior high school studentsand the long-term social development.
