团体辅导视域下提升大学生亲密关系理论分析及策略研究

• Abstract: 亲密关系是人们成长过程中的一种重要行为，而大学生的主要发展任务是建立亲密关系，克服孤独感。团体辅导作为一种提升亲密关系的策略，指在团体情景下通过团体内成员间的相互交流和相互沟通，能够较好地促进团体成员在团体辅导中进行自我观察、主动学习、发现自我、探究自我等来提升亲密关系。本研究通过cnki数据库阅读相关研究文献资料，研究分析了亲密关系和团体辅导的相关理论，阐述了我国高校通过团体辅导来提升大学生亲密关系的策略，从而促使大学生亲密关系团体辅导得到进一步发展，使其能够在大学生群体中广泛有效地应用。
• Close relationship is an important behavior in the process of growing up. The main task ofcollege students is to establish close relationship and overcome loneliness. Group counseling, as a strategyto enhance intimacy, refers to the interaction and communication among members of a group in a groupcontext, can better promote the group members in the group counseling self-observation, active learning,self-discovery, self-exploration to enhance the close relationship. In this paper, the author analyzes thetheory of intimate relationship and group counseling through reading the relevant research literatureon cnki database, and expounds the strategies of improving the intimate relationship of college studentsthrough group counseling in our country, therefore, the intimate relationship group counseling can befurther developed, so that it can be widely and effectively applied in college students.
