In order to understand the fertility intention and influencing factors of female civil servants inTianjin after the full implementation of the “three-child policy”. From December 2022 to March 2023,convenient sampling method was adopted to investigate and study female civil servants of childbearingage in Tianjin, and independent sample T-test, analysis of variance, multi-line regression and othermethods were used to analyze the reproductive intention and influencing factors of female civil servantsof childbearing age. Results: (1) 14.1% of the female civil servants of childbearing age did not want to havechildren, 39.9% of the female civil servants of childbearing age had an ideal number of 1 child, and 46%of the female civil servants of childbearing age had an ideal number of 2 children or more. 29.6 percentof female civil servants of childbearing age did not give birth, 43.2 percent had one child, 27.2 percenthad two children, and 0.0 percent had three children; (2) Growth environment, living area, educationallevel and monthly income have significant effects on the reproductive intention of female civil servants ofchildbearing age; (3) Reproductive values (family emotional value, pursuit of utility, internal preference,input readiness), quality of life (material life: housing, community services, economic status; Physicalfunction: sleep and mental and physical discomfort; Social functions: interpersonal skills, marriage andfamily; Mental function: positive emotion, negative emotion; Social support (support availability) is animportant factor affecting reproductive intention of female civil servants of childbearing age.
