This paper investigates the correlation between self-compassion andmental health, elucidating the influence of self-compassion on psychological functions. It delves into themechanisms by which self-compassion impacts these functions and posits its role as a protective factor inenhancing productivity, social relationships, and resilience during psychological crises within the healthypopulation.
