• Abstract: 朋辈心理互助工作的开展,有助于激发大学生在心理健康和心理素质成长方面助人助己的内部驱动力。高校通过朋辈心理互助队伍模式的体系建设，在补充高校心理育人队伍、突显学生的主体作用、发挥朋辈身份的独特优势等方面具有重要价值。本文聚焦当前我国高校朋辈心理互助队伍建设现状，意图总结其成功经验，发现其可能存在的问题，并提出优化途径，为进一步完善高校朋辈心理互助会队伍模式的体系建设提供帮助。
• The development of peer psychological mutual aid is helpful to stimulate the internalmotivation of college students to help others and themselves in terms of mental health and psychologicalquality growth. Through the construction of the peer psychological mutual aid team model, colleges anduniversities have important value in supplementing the psychological education team of colleges anduniversities, highlighting the main role of students, and giving full play to the unique advantages of peeridentity. This paper focuses on the current situation of the construction of peer psychological mutual aidteam in colleges and universities in China, and intends to summarize its successful experience, find outits possible problems, and put forward optimization methods, so as to provide help for further improvingthe system construction of the team model of peer psychological mutual aid associations in colleges anduniversities.
