Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) is a common respiratory disease in clinical practice, whichhas a great impact on patients’ sleep quality, quality of life and physical and mental health. In orderto accurately grasp the trajectory of intervention research on OSA and its existing achievements, andpromote the multi-dimensional and healthy development of sleep study in the future, this paper reviewsand summarizes the pathogenic factors and psychological intervention research on OSA at home andabroad in the past 20 years, and proposes future research topics worthy of discussion in this field on thisbasis.
