Mindfulness refers to people focusing their attention on what is happening in the present andfacing it with an objective and perceptive attitude. It has been widely applied in multiple fields of mentalhealth education and has achieved good results. This article provides a detailed discussion on the overviewof mindfulness, the development of mindfulness training, and the current application status in the field ofmental health education, aiming to improve the familiarity of medical and educational workers with thismethod and provide basis and reference for its better application in clinical work.
