Graduate students represent a highly qualified workforce nurtured by the nation and serve asa backbone force in national development, progress, and the revitalization of the nation. The importanceof their mental health cannot be overstated. However, there are still issues in the development of mentalhealth education for graduate students in universities, such as a relatively lagging development andlimited course offerings. These issues make it challenging to meet the increasing demands of students forself-exploration and personality development. Sandplay therapy, not only being a form of psychologicalcounseling and therapy, but also as a course of study, can stimulate the development of innovativepotential in graduate students and foster their psychological growth and personality integration.
