三全育人视域下“00后”大学生心理问题的状况调查分析——基于S大学 3812名抽样学生的分析

• 摘要： 本研究基于三全育人视域下探究“00后”大学生心理问题的状况，以某大学为例，共选取了3812名学生为调研对象，发现在情绪情感风险因素层面，男生感知到的抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪、孤独感水平高于女生；大四学生感知到的抑郁情绪、焦虑情绪、孤独感水平高于其他年级。在网络风险因素层面，男生游戏成瘾、网络欺负、网络受害水平高于女生，女生网络旁观水平高于男生；大三学生游戏成瘾水平高于其他年级，大四学生网络欺负、网络受害水平高于其他年级，其中，大四、大三学生网络旁观水平最高。基于调研数据分析，本研究探析“00后”大学生心理问题的个性化干预策略，即基于“三全育人”视域下构建“党建+心理预防”新模式，对其低危情绪风险组和低网络风险组群体，主要以慕课平台为基础完善在线心理健康教育课程体系；对其中危情绪风险组和中危网络风险组群体，主要以翻转课堂为教学模式实现心理健康教育课程的拓展延伸；对其高危情绪风险组和高危网络风险组群体，进行特色团体辅导和个体心理咨询，从而为大学生心理健康教育工作提供一定参考价值。
• This study is based on the perspective of “Three Comprehensive Education” to explore thepsychological problems of post-00s college students. Taking a certain university as an example, a total of3812 students were selected as the research subjects. It was found that in terms of emotional risk factors,male students perceived higher levels of depression, anxiety, and loneliness than female students; Thelevel of depression, anxiety, and loneliness perceived by senior students is higher than that of othergrades. At the level of network risk factors, male students have higher levels of gaming addiction, onlinebullying, and online victimization than female students, while female students have higher levels of onlineobservation than male students; The level of game addiction among third year students is higher than thatof other grades, while the level of online bullying and victimization among fourth year students is higherthan that of other grades. Among them, fourth and third year students have the highest level of onlineobservation. Based on research data analysis, this study explores personalized intervention strategiesfor the psychological problems of post-2000s college students, namely: constructing a new model of“party building+psychological prevention” from the perspective of “three comprehensive education”, andimproving the online mental health education curriculum system for their low-risk emotional risk groupand low-risk network risk group groups mainly based on the MOOC platform; The flipped classroomteaching model is mainly used to expand and extend the mental health education curriculum for the highriskemotional group and the high-risk network group groups; provide characteristic group counselingand individual psychological counseling for their high-risk emotional risk group and high-risk networkrisk group groups, in order to provide certain reference value for the mental health education work ofcollege students.
