• 摘要： 目的：利用元分析方法总结历年来壮族被试SCL-90的测评情况。方法： 19 篇以壮族群体为被试（n=15105）并采用 SCL-90 这一测评工具的文献纳入了 本研究。结果：（1）壮族总体的 SCL-90 各因子得分要略高于金华和童辉杰制 定的总常模，但与唐秋萍合成的总常模差异不明显。（2）壮族成人 SCL-90 的 部分因子得分要低于金华制定的成人常模，但有部分因子却高于唐秋萍和陈树 林等的成人常模。（3）壮族大学生的 SCL-90 的各因子分要略低于唐秋萍合成 的大学生常模，但与其他常模间差异不明显。（4）壮族中学生 SCL-90 的大部 分因子分高于王极盛制定的中学生常模，少数因子要高于唐秋萍的中学生常模， 但绝大部分因子分与刘恒的中学生常模差异不明显。（5）壮族男性在躯体化、 抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子上得分要低于壮族女性。（6）壮族中学生、壮族大学生、 壮族成人的 SCL-90 的因子分数呈现降低趋势。结论：壮族被试与不同常模团体比较会产生不一致的结果，因此制定出适合壮族被试的 SCL-90 常模是很有 必要的。
• Objective: To summarize symptom check-list 90 (SCL-90) test of Zhuang nationality by meta-analysis. Methods: Meta-analysis was used to analysis data from 19 papers that studied mental health of Zhuang nationality by SCL-90. Results: (1) Zhuang population had higher scores of SCL-90 than JIN Hua and TONG Huijie’s norm, but difference was not significant between Zhuang and TONG Qiuping’s norm ; (2) Scores of Adults group of Zhuang nationality were lower than JIN Hua’ s adults norm, by contrast were higher than TONG Qiuping and CHEN Shulin’s; (3) Scores of college students of Zhuang nationality were lower than TONG Huijie’s undergraduate norm but on difference with the others ; (4) Middle school students of Zhuang had higher scores than most factors of WANG Jisheng’s norm and some factors of TANG Qiuping’s norm, but had not difference with LIU Heng’s; (5) Zhuang male had lower scores of Somatization, depression, anxiety and phobia than female’s; (6)There was decreasing trend for factor’s scores of SCL-90 form middle school students, college students to adults of Zhuang. Conclusion: Different results were found between Zhuangnationality and other reference group, which suggested that it was necessary and worth developing Zhuang’s reference norm of SCL-90.
