  • 摘要: 大学新生处在从青涩走向成熟的过渡阶段,容易出现心理困扰乃至心理问题,大学新生的心理健康教育工作显得尤为重要。在这个信息化、网络化的时代,心理健康教育从传统的“单向输入”转向现代的“双向互动”成为必然。双向互动的新生心理健康教育实践通过提升服务意识,与学生平等互动,发现并解决学生心理需求,探索翻转课堂教学模式等多种途径,营造良好的心理健康教育氛围,调动学生参与心理健康教育的积极性,提高学生专业心理求助的意愿和行动。
  • College freshmen are in a transitional stage from being immature to becoming mature, andare more prone to psychological distress and even psychological problems. Therefore, it is importantto carry out mental health education for college freshmen. In this era of information and networking,it is inevitable for mental health education to shift from the traditional “one-way input” to the modern“two-way interaction”. Two-way interactive mental health education should create a good mental healtheducation atmosphere by enhancing service awareness, interacting with students equally, discovering andsolving students’ psychological needs, exploring the flipped classroom teaching mode, and mobilizingstudents’ enthusiasm for participating in mental health education, so as to improve students’ willingnessand action to seek professional help.
